- 20 Brussels sprounds, washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons garlic oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesa cheese
2. Remove the sprouts with a slotted spoon and allow to drain on kitchen paper. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
